3.WHAT DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT THEM

We use only information that is strictly necessary and relevant to our business and your consumer needs and we collect them through our website which is hosted and managed in Romania. We are in possession of your data, mainly due to the fact that you choose to disclose them to us voluntarily but also by automatic capture, at the time of accessing our page, as a result of using specific technology and software. Although you may visit our site without having to disclose your identity, you may directly provide us with your personal data when you use: 1. 5.IMPOSSIBILITY / REFUSAL TO PROVIDE US WITH SOME PERSONAL DATA

8.STORAGE PERIOD

If we process your data for the execution of some pre-contractual / contractual obligations we will store the data as long as it is necessary for the execution of the contract and for an additional period.
If we process your data under a legal obligation or in the public interest, we will store the data as long as it is necessary to comply with the legal obligations or as long as the interest is qualified as being of public utility.
If we process your data to protect our legitimate business interests, we will store the data until you ask us to stop unless we can demonstrate that the reason we collect and store is a priority over your interests, rights and freedoms.

S IND PROCESS CONTROL SRL does not use automated processes that can generate legal effects that affect you or that can affect you to a significant extent.

You can ask at any time not to be the subject of a decision based solely on automatic processing, if that decision produces legal effects on you or otherwise affects you and to a significant extent. You cannot benefit from this option right if the decision taken as a result of the automatic processing of data is necessary for us to conclude or execute a contract or if it is permitted by law and there are adequate guarantees for your rights and freedoms.

If you have given us your consent regarding the automatic processing and then you change your mind, you can withdraw this consent at any time by making a written request to communicate with us using the data mentioned in the Contact section of the site.


10.RIGHTS

Right of opposition – in certain cases you have the right to oppose the processing of your personal data, for example in the case of direct marketing.

The right to object to automatic processing – in the event that your personal data is subject to automated processing, including profiling, which may produce legal effects or affect you in a significant manner, you are entitled to request us to we exclude your data from any automated individual decision-making process.

The right to data portability – you have the right to obtain your personal data in an appropriate format or, if possible by direct transfer from one processor to another.

Right of aid from the supervisory authority – you have the right to request the help of a supervisory authority and the right to other remedies, such as claiming compensation.
